Our client is in search of a Distribution and Recycling Warehouse Manager who embodies values such as compassion, respect, excellence, integrity, relevance, and cooperation, while possessing strong business acumen, leadership skills, and proficiency in managing and measuring work systems.
The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional service to customers and donors by effectively coordinating logistics and distribution activities for the Stores and Distribution and Recycling Centre. Responsibilities include managing the flow of resources from origin to destination, integrating trucking and warehousing, and overseeing the storage and movement of products through established distribution processes. Successful execution of these duties will result in reduced losses and increased sales and profitability through efficient recycling initiatives.

Location : Victoria, BC
Salary : $55,000 to $70,000 / year with benefits
Advantages
- Salary $55,000 to $70,000
- Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM - some weekend support if needed
- Benefits begin after 90 days
- 3 weeks of vacation
- RRSP with a 4% match
