Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain
Salary Range
$48,125.00 - $60,156.50.
Core Duties:
Safety and Compliance
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols andmaintaina hazard-free work environment.
Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
Respond to emergencies asrequired.
Operations management
Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).
Ensure sorting operations are completed correctly and efficiently
Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
Unloading and Loading: Assign labor, unload pallets.
Assist with Sorting, helpwith sorting packages and envelopes as needed.
Inbound and outbound freight movement Management support,
Confirm and communicate with optimization team on daily bases beforestartoperations
Day-to-Day Monitoring, Track Line Haul operations, communicate with carriers, andmonitorFMC for Amazon freight.
Team leadership and monitoring
Mentor and support Package Handlers during thesortprocess.
Coach and mentor warehouse associates, including training new hires.
Schedule warehouse associates
Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance asrequired, including discipline whereappropriate.
Quality control
Conduct quality checkups and sorted freight and inbound and outbound process.
Administration and reporting
Perform data entry as needed.
Complete and Submit Reports
Handle driver credentials, BOL exchange, and secure docking.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.
