Predictable Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a balanced hybrid model combining remote flexibility with 2 collaborative on-site days per week.

Proximity to Windsor: Ideal local engagement for network professionals based in or near the Windsor area.

Network Security Operations: Maintain firewall policies, monitor perimeter security events, and assist with secure remote access rules across enterprise security appliances.

Cloud Infrastructure Support: Assist in maintaining network connectivity, transit routing, and secure gateways bridging on-premises infrastructure with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

Incident Management & Collaboration: Respond to network tickets and escalation calls, communicate progress via MS Teams and email, and occasionally support off-hours maintenance windows when required.

Qualifications
Network Engineering Depth: 3 to 5 years of hands-on network administration and engineering experience across enterprise environments.

Core Technical Categories (3–5 Years in at least 2 of the following):

Wi-Fi / LAN: Experience with Cisco Catalyst Wireless (WLCs 9800 series, APs 9166 series) and Cisco Catalyst Switches (Catalyst 9300, 9200 series).

WAN Routing: Solid understanding of routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, QoS, FNF, PfR) and Cisco DMVPN architectures.

Network Security: 3–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (Cisco Firepower, Check Point) and cloud security solutions (Zscaler ZIA / ZPA).

Cloud Exposure: 1–2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud networking basics.

Certifications: Active Cisco CCNA certification required (CCNP or CCIE considered a strong asset).

Location & Availability: Located near Windsor, ON for 2 on-site days per week; flexible and comfortable with occasional scheduled work outside standard business hours.
