Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThis role supports day-to-day production and warehouse operations by handling materials, moving containers, and packing or unpacking boxes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will contribute directly to efficient material flow, safe handling of products, and consistent output on a 12-hour continental shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Move containers safely and efficiently within the warehouse and production areas.
- Pack and unpack boxes according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including material handling, assembly, and general production activities.
- Support material handling processes by staging, organizing, and moving materials as directed.
- Assist with basic assembly tasks as needed to support production lines.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work 12-hour continental shifts and remain flexible to work both day (6:00 . to 6:00 and night (6:00 . to 6:00 shifts as required.
- Use reliable transportation to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts at assigned locations.
- Participate in training and skill development opportunities, including potential forklift training, to support career progression.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet production and quality targets.
Essential Skills- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks, including material handling, assembly, and general production work.
- Ability to move containers, pack and unpack boxes, and handle materials safely.
- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations and shifts.
- Ability and willingness to work 12-hour continental shifts, including both day and night shifts (6:00 . to 6:00 . and 6:00 . to 6:00 .
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Forklift experience is an asset and considered a strong bonus.
- Willingness to train on forklift operations and progress from a general labor position to more advanced material handling responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work at different facilities based on operational needs.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-through to complete assigned tasks effectively.

Work Environment
The position is based in a manufacturing and warehouse setting with 12-hour continental shifts, either 6:00 . to 6:00 . or 6:00 . to 6:00 ., and you must be open to working both day and night shifts as scheduling requires. You will initially work at a warehouse facility for approximately 1 to 3 weeks and may then transition to a larger production facility, subject to availability and badge processing. The environment involves frequent movement, material handling, and assembly tasks, requiring comfort with standing, walking, and handling containers and boxes throughout the shift. Safety procedures and proper attire suitable for a manufacturing and warehouse environment are expected at all times.
