I reside in King Township with my husband and son and I love the small town feel that the community embraces. My agency provides insurance for Auto, Home, Business, Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Vehicle Loan needs. Experience matters. And it matters most when reviewing insurance needs.

Our team: is looking for an Office Representative part-time and full-time to help perform a variety of tasks within our insurance office. They will be helping by answering calls/ emails, greeting customers and many other tasks. An Office Representative will need to be flexible, well organized and eager to learn from the best. We are looking for top prospects who will help our team accomplish exciting projects and assignments in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities

Upon receiving a call, assists the client by applying changes, cancellations and updates to the contract, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while advising and educating in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Job Requirements:

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.

Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.
Experience with operations/ customer service.
Second language is a plus.
Continuous desire to improve.
It's a requirement to obtain an OTL.
