Job description

About the Role:

Our client is hiring a Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations, AGI filings, and system management across multiple residential properties. This role requires strong Yardi experience, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AGI filings, adjustments, and related documentation
  • Update rents, parking rates, and leases in Yardi
  • Approve invoices, leases, and override applications as needed
  • Generate monthly/weekly reports and maintain internal trackers
  • Set up new properties, units, tenants, and user access in Yardi
  • Handle advanced AR functions and resolve admin issues
  • Provide vacation coverage for admin team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in residential property administration
  • Advanced Yardi experience (AGI, leases, AR, reporting)
  • Organized, proactive, and strong communicator
