Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract CRM Executive - Salesforce / SFMC Specialist. Hourly pay range $ 32- $34.48

Hybrid, three times a week in office

As a CRM Executive, you will manage the CRM calendar and support the end‑to‑end execution of email and SMS campaigns. This includes email template development, campaign (email and SMS) building, QA and deployment, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as brand, consumer journey, call center, and commercial teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality CRM communications.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for Campaign Planning, Building & Execution
  • Develop new email templates based on business objectives and campaign requirements by using html, Amscript
  • Build ad-hoc and journey emails and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage and update the CRM calendar, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and supporting shifting priorities.
  • Ensure timely and error-free deployment of CRM communications across channels.
  • Act as the liaison with internal and external partners for content review and approval (creative, copy, URLs, legal review).
  • Partner with internal teams to understand marketing objectives, consumer segmentation strategies, and audience list generation needs.
  • Data, Quality & Optimization
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate audience segmentation and list preparation.
  • Support reporting needs by analyzing campaign effectiveness (open rate, CTR, conversions) and providing insights for optimization.
  • Ensure proper QA procedures for all CRM assets before deployment (rendering checks, link validation, device testing).
  • System & Process Management
  • Set up, test, and launch ad hoc and journey-based campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Support internal DocuSign routing and approval processes for CRM campaigns.
  • Follow data governance and privacy compliance requirements for all CRM activities.



Experience/Skills Required

  • Completion of post-secondary education (preferred in Marketing, Digital, Business or related fields).
  • Mandatory: Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Content Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience segmentation.
  • 2-3 years of progressive CRM experience managing end‑to‑end campaign execution.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, .
  • Understanding of AMPScript for dynamic personalization.
  • Familiarity with SQL automation and automation workflows within Automation Studio.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
  • Experience with deliverability, best practices & inbox optimization.
  • Experience delivering marketing communications in a multi‑channel environment.
  • Experience in CPG or international organizations is an asset.
  • Understanding of GDPR / CASL / data privacy principles for CRM communication.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation hygiene, and unsubscribe management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in fast‑moving campaign environments.
  • Strong project management mindset.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
