  • Investigate drivers of performance outcomes across timeliness, capacity, quality, and financial metrics.
  • Provide clear, structured insights to support decision-making by CMC leaders.
Data Integrity & Issue Investigation
  • Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies in reporting and underlying systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine whether issues stem from process, system, or data entry factors.
  • Partner with the Data team and CMC stakeholders to support resolution and improve data accuracy.
Cross-Functional Support & Enablement
  • Act as a key liaison between CMC and the Data team to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • Support alignment on KPI definitions, data logic, and reporting outputs.
  • Enable CMC leaders to effectively interpret and use reporting in day-to-day performance management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or performance reporting.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards (Power BI or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with data teams and translating business requirements into reporting needs.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, insolvency or a regulated environment is considered an asset.
