Production Lead
Location: Keele and Steeles (Concord)
Hours: 6AM-3:30PM
Pay rate: Up to $29 per hours
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure the production of high-quality products by following established procedures and conducting quality inspections in line with lab protocols.
• Identify and document any issues related to product quality, processes, or the quality system.
• Set and manage scheduled production requirements to meet operational goals.
• Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Oversee and direct plant personnel in production planning, loading/unloading operations, and facility maintenance.
• Load tankers with finished product
• Plan and execute the procurement of raw materials to support production needs.
• Perform data entry tasks related to orders, inventory control, production, and purchasing.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety procedures and protocols.
• Coordinate customer service activities with production to ensure timely and
• -Fill containers/package finished product based on order demand
• -Blending/Batching liquid products based on batch card recipe
• -Collect samples for Quality Control of raw materials and finished products, as needed
• -Identifies and records any problems relating to the product, process and quality system
• -Meets scheduled production requirements
• -Comply with established quality standards (ISO 9001:2015)
• -House keeping
• Performs other duties at request of Plant Manager
•
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as lead and 4 year of related experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Comfortable with metric and imperial weights and measures (pounds, kilograms, litres, gallons, etc.)
• -Ability to multitask and remain flexible in fast paced environment
