We are partnering with a leading not-for-profit organization in the recycling and sustainability sector, seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at a key processing facility. This role will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational best practices.
Responsibilities :
- Lead all plant operations, ensuring maximum productivity and cost efficiency.
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance management to maintain an effective workforce.
- Implement best practices in automation, material handling, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor KPIs, identify operational efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plant operations with corporate objectives.
