The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations within a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot equipment issues and mechanical malfunctions
Install, assemble, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems
Perform routine and preventive maintenance
Repair or replace defective parts
Maintain maintenance records and ensure tools are in proper working condition
Follow health, safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
1–2 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment
College diploma or trade training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand on a production floor and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
Schedule:
Day shift starting between 6:00–7:00 AM with flexibility for overtime or occasional weekends.
Pay:
$25–$26 per hour.
