Job description

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • This is a temporary position.
  • Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
  • Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
  • Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
  • Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support the review, organization, and standardization of the Contract Library to improve structure, consistency, and accessibility
  • Assist with categorizing and filing executed contracts, amendments, and supporting documents in line with defined naming and folder standards
  • Partner with the Contracts & Pricing team to help prepare contract data for digital tools that extract key terms and enable data‑driven analysis
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance contract management efficiency, data quality, and readiness for future digital solutions
  • Support the FP&A team byhands‑on development of digital and automatedfinancial reporting and analyticsthrough hands‑on work with Power BI
  • Assist in transitioning existing Excel‑based reports into interactivePower BIdashboards to improve automation, consistency, and scalability
  • Learn how financial insights support business planning and decision‑making by working closely with FP&A and Commercial stakeholders
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that deliver clearer,fasterandmoreactionableinsights for leadership

Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree or PhD admissions required.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
