Interactive designer Jobs in Langley, BC

At Merit Kitchens, the Designer & Sales Consultant is the first point of contact for retail and commercial clients (in person and virtually) and is responsible for driving revenue through consultative sales and cabinetry design. This role requires prior cabinetry / made-to-order kitchen design experience. You will translate client needs into functional designs using Merit cabinetry, and prepare detailed plans, renderings, quotes, and project documentation from initial concept through order and installation support.

Key Responsabilities :

• Consult with homeowners, builders, and walk-in clients to generate and close new business.
• Gather project requirements (scope, layout, finishes, style, budget, timelines).
• Produce cabinetry designs and revisions using 2020 Design (or similar).
• Prepare accurate quotes, plans, renderings, and contract / order documentation.
• Present designs and pricing, handle objections, and close sales professionally.
• Conduct / coordinate site measures and support installation planning as required.
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
• Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets and maintain strong customer experience.
• Support showroom standards (presentation, displays, product knowledge sessions).

The Designer and Sales Representative may perform other duties delegated by management.
