Browns Shoes is looking for a passionate and dedicated Visual Merchandiser to join our Vancouver team!

Role Overview:

As a Visual Merchandiser at Browns, you will play a key role in bringing the brand’s visual identity to life through strategic product placement and in-store presentation. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining high visual standards across all product categories including footwear, handbags, and accessories. By combining creativity with an eye for detail, the Visual Merchandiser ensures an engaging and seamless shopping experience for customers.

What you’ll do:

• Merchandising products in alignment with brand visual guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Strategically position products featuring bestsellers on displays to maximize visibility and boost sales.
• Conducting grid verifications to ensure floor fixtures and layouts adhere to visual standards.
• Replenishing displays to maintain full, appealing presentations that drive product engagement.
• Organizing and re-boxing outdated stock to maintain a streamlined and efficient inventory.
• Maintaining a clean, polished, and inviting store environment through regular display upkeep and window maintenance.
• Overseeing the condition and organization of visual supplies and signage.
• Assist store openings setups by preparing visual elements for an impactful and brand-aligned launches

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency with visual standard across all departments
• Creative at creating eye-catching displays that reflect the brand and regularly introduce new ideas.
• Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks
• Strong communicator to ensure strong relationships with the visual team and store teams
• Comfortable in performing physical tasks such as lifting, reboxing shoes, adjusting visual displays, and working on their feet throughout the day
