Job descriptionOrganize work to meet delivery timelines and proactively address challenges. Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure production-grade quality (performance, stability, scalability). Work closely with Data Scientists to implement new workflows integrating AI models into applications and solutions. Integrate DevOps concepts and tools to provide an agile and scalable environment. Contribute to the design, development, and evolution of microservices, APIs, and reusable libraries for mission-critical environments. Develop and evolve back-end components for algorithm execution. Participate in technological watch and define development standards for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI-related development. Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Knowledge of Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with MLOps best practices. Experience with software engineering life cycle and agile methodologies. Skilled in developing complex services using Docker and FastAPI . Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools (GitLab CI / CD, Grafana, ELK stack). Working knowledge of streaming and batch processing systems (Kafka). Advanced knowledge of Generative AI and RAG. Deep understanding of MLOps best practices. Programming : Python, Git Cloud : AWS (ECR, ECS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch) Infrastructure : Terraform Front-End : React, TypeScript Customer-driven mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The AI Workflow Developer will design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in AI development, security, and DevOps.
