YOUR ROLE :

Process various title insurance requests received;

Assist in the preparation of residential title insurance policies;

Conduct research in various available databases : land registry, business registrar and analyze the findings;

Communicate with professionals and various clients regarding commercial title insurance matters;

Support the team by ensuring deadlines are met;

Perform any other related tasks within the title insurance department.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant qualification;

Experience in a similar role;

Strong bilingual proficiency, both spoken and written;

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and team spirit;

Professionalism, autonomy, and sound judgment.
