Job descriptionPost-secondary education with an engineering or technical background would be considered an asset Team leadership experience would be considered an asset Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Has experience reading drawings Ability to learn new software Drive to achieve results that meet and maintain safety, quality and accuracy Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required Desire to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and customer-focused environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with individuals of various disciplines A team player with the desire to work collaboratively with others to improve existing processes
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and execution of multiple projects, simultaneously, consisting of various precast / pre-stressed concrete products
- Engaging in various responsibilities from budget analysis, issuing subcontracts, scope reviews, requisitions, change management and ongoing communication to complete projects
- Scheduling drawing submittals, hardware and delivery of material to jobsites as well as submitting monthly progress claims and approving invoices
- Consistently meeting client requirements for safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Recognizing key issues and acting in a timely manner to expedite solutions both internally and externally
- Providing daily leadership to Project Coordinators and Administrators, is a team player and provides contribution through constructive communication
- Solve problems and make decisions that will provide the best outcome for our projects and our company
- Other duties as assigned
