Our People Consulting professionals assist our clients in successfully managing and sustaining people, process and / or technology change. This may include the HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, defining target operating models, assessing HCM and WFM implementation readiness, solution implementation and post-implementation optimization.

We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice, with focus on UKG Pro.

To qualify, candidates must have :

• A related bachelor's degree
• Approximately 3+ years Consulting experience
• 2 - 5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
• UKG Pro Certifications are ideal
• Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis / recommendations
• Experience supporting or leading business process design, enhancements
• Hands-on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
• Experience participating and / or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories / test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead / support testing and drive deployment
• An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle
• Project management experience is beneficial
• Ability to work through a problem with limited information. Demonstrates an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps
• Flexibility and ability to travel - on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%
