Position Overview

Lambert Nemec Group is supporting an organization in the recruitment of a Marketing Data Analyst. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their marketing or analytics career who enjoys working with numbers, reports, and basic insights to support marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and review basic marketing and website data (traffic, sales, customer activity).
• Help create simple reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
• Support tracking of digital marketing performance (email, website, promotions, campaigns).
• Assist with maintaining data in tools like spreadsheets and analytics platforms.
• Help identify basic trends, patterns, and opportunities in marketing data.
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc data requests and reporting needs.
• Ensure data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Work closely with team members to support marketing initiatives and projects.
