Qualifications
- A related bachelor’s degree
- Approximately 3+ years consulting experience
- 2–5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro certifications are ideal
- Experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis and recommendations
- Experience supporting or leading business process design and enhancements
- Hands‑on experience configuring complex client requirements in the solution
- Experience participating in and / or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user story / test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead / support testing, and deployment drive
- An understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Ability to work through a problem with limited information, demonstrating an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps
- Flexibility and ability to travel – on short notice if needed to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%
