Business Analyst

Job Summary :

The Business Analyst will support the Digital Shared Services project within Digital Health focusing on improving healthcare delivery through information and communication technology. This role involves performing business analysis tasks for information system implementation projects process mapping requirements elicitation and potentially configuring hospital EPR applications. The work will be performed remotely within Canada.

Location : Canada Remote

Responsibilities :

• Performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects.
• Documenting customer requirements and business processes.
• Identifying capability gaps.
• Eliciting requirements from stakeholders.
• Implementing systems in a healthcare setting.
• Gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
• Configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications (potentially).
• Working on EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation (potentially).
• Working on GoldCare Long Term Care solution implementation (potentially).
