Job description
We are partnering with a Canadian industry leader in construction to find an experienced Bilingual Corporate HR Business Partner to support their corporate employee group. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, translating HR strategies into actionable solutions that enhance team effectiveness and leadership capability.

Location: Scarborough, ON
Work Model: 4 days a week on-site (5 days on-site during probationary period)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 CAD

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement forward-looking workforce strategies, performance management cycles, and succession planning initiatives.
Identify capability gaps to define learning priorities, support leadership programs, and champion individual career development plans. Provide expert coaching to managers on employee relations, engagement, and team performance to build high-performing groups.
Guide organizational design and change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and foster cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications
8 or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally supporting corporate or professional business functions.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required for this role.
Demonstrated expertise in organizational development, learning and development, and talent management.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and advise functional leaders and people managers.
A CHRP or CHRL professional designation is preferred.
