Mango Biche Mia Canada est une entreprise en croissance spécialisée dans les fruits frais, avec plusieurs kiosques en opération. Nous recherchons un(e) General Manager pour superviser les opérations, soutenir les équipes sur le terrain et assurer la performance des kiosques au quotidien.
Description du poste
Le/La General Manager est responsable de plusieurs kiosques et s’assure que les opérations sont efficaces, que les équipes sont performantes et que les standards de service sont respectés en tout temps. Le rôle demande une présence active sur le terrain et une capacité à intervenir rapidement.
Responsabilités
• Superviser les équipes et assurer un suivi constant de leur performance
• Effectuer des visites régulières pour valider la qualité du service, la rapidité et l’organisation
• Intervenir rapidement en cas de problème (employés, opérations, service)
• Soutenir les gérants dans la gestion quotidienne (inventaire, caisse, organisation)
• Participer à la formation et à l’intégration des employés
• Mettre en place des actions concrètes pour améliorer les ventes et l’efficacité
• Assurer une communication claire et structurée avec les équipes
• Remplacer au besoin lors d’absences ou de manque de personnel
Profil recherché
• Expérience en gestion (vente, restauration ou commerce de détail)
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs points de vente simultanément
• Leadership terrain et capacité à encadrer une équipe
• Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rapidité d’exécution
• Capacité à gérer les imprévus et à prendre des décisions rapidement
• Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule requis (déplacements entre les kiosques)
