Your Impact
Drive Operational Support: Execute demanding manual tasks with precision, including frequently lifting and maneuvering equipment and materials exceeding 50 lbs.

Command Site Management: Maintain total operational readiness across challenging, high-impact industrial environments, including outdoor, variable weather, and high-debris settings.

Champion Safety Leadership: Enforce rigorous safety protocols daily to actively contribute to a culture of zero-incident workplace standards.

Ensure Workflow Continuity: Commit to extended shifts and deliver high-performance output during peak operational cycles to keep projects on track.

Who You Are
Proven Industry Veteran: You bring a minimum of [Number] years in a heavy industrial field, with a strong preference for Oil & Gas, Mining, or heavy infrastructure experience.

Physically Resilient: You possess the proven stamina to perform rigorous physical labor safely over 10–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications
Must drive, location is about 15 min outside of north Edmonton

Must be comfortable working with chemicals, must be comfortable with full PPE including mask, ok with being clean shaven, cannot be sensitive to smells.

Shift: 12 hour continental shift, 2 days,2 nights
