Monday–Friday schedule (6 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM)

Two weeks of paid vacation

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer service over the phone and in person

Process orders for pickup or delivery

Provide product recommendations and upsell when appropriate

Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions

Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs

Familiarity with building materials including lumber, drywall, insulation, framing, doors, and hardware is preferred

Qualifications

Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in customer service or inside sales is required

Knowledge of the building supply industry is an asset
