The Village of Stouffer Mills located in Stouffville, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Part time LTC Assistant Food Services Manager to join their team.

The expected hiring range for this position is $48,410 to $52,300. This role falls within a broader internal salary band, with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

As our new Assistant Food Services Manager, you will:

• Be a member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (C.S.N.M.) and maintain active membership.
• Have experience in large quantity food preparation, financial planning and food purchasing.
• Demonstrate a creative flare for menu planning, preparation and presentation.
• Have strong leadership skills and proven ability to supervise and secure the co[1]operation of the food services team.
• Work with and communicate effectively with the older adult population as well as their family and/or caregivers.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an effective team player who works well with others.
• Be knowledgeable in the Ontario Food Premises Regulation, CCHSA/ORCA, Ontario Long-Term Care Facility Program manual and OH&S Act.
• Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents, visitors, and team members through comprehensive and effective support.
