Job Responsibilities
- Relève directement du superviseur de production;
- Travaille sur différentes tâches de production selon le poste occupé, incluant l’opération d’équipements de tréfilage, de coupage, dans le département du pesage / malaxage, de l’extrusion ou de l’emballage des produits finis;
- Capable de soulever des poids pouvant atteindre 50 lb de façon régulière;
- S’assure que les spécifications et la qualité des produits fabriqués sont respectées;
- Travaille en toute sécurité, en respectant les critères de QUALITÉ (ISO), de SANTÉ, SÉCURITÉ et d’ENVIRONNEMENT;
- Remplit adéquatement et en temps voulu tous les rapports et documents demandés à chaque quart de travail;
- Collabore avec les autres équipes et départements pour améliorer continuellement les processus de production;
- Analyse les tâches de production pour identifier les problèmes et proposer des actions correctives.
