Conseiller(ère) beauté

The beauty advisor is responsible for developing close and lasting relationships with clients to increase sales, service levels, and loyalty.

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Providing an exceptional service and sales experience to all clients.
• Exceeding all personal sales and service objectives.
• Exceeding brand sales and service objectives.
• Building a loyal personal client base by consistently acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and retaining loyal customers.
• Sharing in-depth product knowledge with the sales team.
• Maintaining lasting relationships with buyers, suppliers, and the sales manager.
• Stimulating brand sales by identifying key marketing opportunities, organizing events, making assortment recommendations, etc.; regularly communicating suggestions to store management.
• Attending all educational sessions, including product info sessions, supplier seminars, and Holt Renfrew workshops.
• Rearranging displays, merchandising, pricing changes, and other tasks supporting sales.
• Regularly communicating with personal clients via phone, mail, or email about store events, product requests, post-sale follow-up, birthdays, etc.
• Resolving customer service issues and collaborating with sales management on difficulties not covered by guidelines.
• Complying with all health and safety policies and requirements.
• Performing other assigned tasks.
