Available shift : Afternoon or Night
Responsibilities :
- Receive the merchandises and control the quantities.
- Prepare the orders and load the trailers.
- Cycle counts (occasionally).
- Stock pallets of merchandise received on the shelves.
- Answer the needs of the production unit for raw materials.
- Draw up the inventories (annually and occasionally).
- Fill out the shipping and receiving forms.
- Contribute to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Diploma of secondary studies (DES).
- Ability to work with an RF scanner.
- Have experience with the narrow aisle / Double reach forklift (Raymond).
- Strong understanding of inventory operation.
- Have two (2) or more years of experience as a forklift operator, ideally in the food storage industry.
- Possess a current Forklift operator card and experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS environment - an asset).
- Ability to work in a bilingual work environment (French and English required to serve internal and external customers).
- Able and willing to work in a cold environment (-20 C).
- Organized, reliable, and responsible.
- Care about customer satisfaction, without neglecting the results.
Work Conditions
- Salary $21 .70 / hour.
- Benefits and insurance plan after 3 months of employment (medical, dental, life insurance and disability, paramedical services, etc.).
- Five (5) paid personal days after three (3) months of employment.
- Refrigerated warehouse (-20C).
- Equipment to work in the cold fully supplied by the company.
