Responsibilities :

1) Support and execute the upgrade process from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using MECM and Intune.

2) Validate upgrades are successful.

3) Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to the upgrade.

4) Collaborate with the service desk and other teams to resolve issues.

5) Document and maintain records of the upgrades and any issues encountered.

6) Assist in the configuration and deployment of Windows 11 images.

7) Monitor and report on the progress of the upgrade project.

8) Available to work on EST time zone

Requirements :

1) Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Windows operating systems.

2) Strong knowledge of MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Intune.

3) Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment and management.

4) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

5) Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7) Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a

plus.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Autopilot and AutoPatch.
