Our client is in the field of gaming and technology. They are looking for a Field Service Technician for the Island of Montreal. 5 month TEMPORARY position with a strong chance of permanance.
- Carry out assigned service calls to sales establishments, including scheduled calls (installations, moves and preventative maintenance) and unscheduled calls (customer-initiated service, repair machines on site);
- Perform regression testing on new versions of terminal applications, analyze results to ensure existing functionality and provide feedback to the development team;
- Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone;
- Be responsible for control of parts inventory;
- Training of new and existing customers and team members;
- Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements :
DEC in a pertinent field;Understanding computer hardware and how to resolve issues;Working knowledge of Windows operating systems;Deployment of software versions on the company's site;Valid driver's license and access to a vehicule (kilometrage reimbursed);French, functional English.Status : TEMPORARY position, 5 months with possibility of permanance.
