What You’ll Do
- Design and execute qualitative research studies (focus groups, IDIs, ethnographies, BBFGs, diaries, and more)
- Translate research into powerful narratives and strategic implications
- Lead client conversations with empathy, clarity, and curiosity
- Collaborate with our team of moderators, insight seekers, anthropologists, storytellers, videographers, strategists, and project managers
- Stay sharp by playing with emerging methodologies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible
- Build trust-based relationships with clients that fuel our collective success and growth.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of agency-side qualitative experience (bonus if it spans multiple categories)
- Proven ability to moderate, analyze, and synthesize with confidence and flair
- Proven ability to acquire, retain and build client relationships
- A strategic brain and a storyteller’s heart
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Comfort working in English (Cultural fluency in Quebecois is a strong asset)
- A deep respect for humans, and a knack for uncovering what makes them tick
