Position Summary:

Maison d'Étude Academy is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Enrichment Program Instructors to lead engaging, skill-based sessions for students in Montreal, QC. This includes areas such as music, sports, arts, coding, chess, finance, and other extracurricular activities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with youth, has experience teaching or coaching their area of expertise, and can create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging enrichment sessions (private or small group)
• Teach skills in your area of expertise in a structured yet fun and interactive way
• Adapt lessons based on student age, level, and learning style
• Foster confidence, creativity, and active participation
• Communicate with families regarding student progress and engagement
• Maintain professionalism and organization

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching, coaching, or leading activities with children or teens
• Strong skills or background in a specific enrichment area (e.g., music, sports, STEM, arts, etc.)
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a positive and supportive manner
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
• Professional, reliable, and personable
• Ability to travel within the Montreal area for in-person sessions (if applicable)
• Police background check required
