Job descriptionFloaters Vacation Opportunity for 1-week banked vacation Up to 5% Employee RRSP Contribution Up to 5% Employer RRSP Match 5% RRSP Gift Agrisolutions Regardless of Employee Contribution Work collaboratively as part of a team made up of another millwright and electrician Follow all plant, and safety procedures and wear all required personal protective equipment Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures Inspect, examine, investigate, clean, assemble and repair irregularities and malfunctions of machinery and equipment (i.e., presses, conveyors, monorails systems, pumps furnaces, and compressors) Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as jacks, forklifts, and cranes to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery and equipment. Assist with proactive and reactive troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment to minimize production downtime and delays Actively contribute to the preventative maintenance program by providing recommendations for improvement Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification (433A) Experience working safely in a heavy industrial environment Working knowledge of OHSA and relevant legislation (e.g., WHMIS, Lockout, Confined Space, Working at Heights, etc.) and willingness to successfully complete employer-paid training Able to prioritize urgency based on production requirements Conduct and complete scheduled preventative maintenance work orders, tasks, and checklists Accurately document the steps taken and the duration required to diagnose and resolve issues Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborating team member Basic computer literacy Safely perform the physical demands of this position including standing, bending, crouching, overhead work, heavy lifting and carrying. Possession of a valid G1 (Gas Fitter) certificate would be considered an asset Possession of CWB Welding Certificate (W47.1) would be considered an asset

Our Hamilton, Ontario plant manufactures Ingersoll disc blades and coulters that improve farm productivity and profitability, and we are looking for Millwrights to join our multi-trade team and support our manufacturing facility.
Our Total Rewards include :
- $43.10 / hour
- $.35 / hour COLA
- $1.50 / hour shift premium
- 12-hour bi-weekly rotating shifts (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights), alternative shift (8 hour & 10 hour)
- 1.5 time for 1st overtime occurrence, 2 times for second occurrence and beyond
- 100% Group Benefits Employer Paid (premiums)
