Overview
Adastra Corporation is hiring! We are looking to add a service-oriented IT Support Specialist to our growing team to support the day-to-day IT operations of Adastra Canada. In this entry-level role, the IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 support and guidance to our employees and fulfill a variety of hardware and software related requests.
Location : Markham, ON
Status : Full Time, Permanent
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support and guidance to employees
- Troubleshoot incidents
- Fulfill hardware and software provisioning requests
- Execute onboarding and offboarding IT procedures
- Participate in day-to-day IT operations
- Participate in IT projects
- Manage IT assets
- Manage user accounts
- Manage system access privileges
- Execute IT and information security processes, policies, and procedures
- Maintain information security compliance
