As a Bartender at The Henry, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional service, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently execute food and drink orders, maintaining speed and accuracy
• Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Communicate current promotions and specials to guests to enhance their experience
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
• Adhere to JRG's Policies and Procedures, including implementing the 18 Steps of Service daily
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment, including daily and weekly cleaning tasks

Requirements

Serving It Right Certification paired with thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service

Relevant industry experience with proven wine and cocktail knowledge

Occupational First Aid Level 1 preferred, but not required
