Rico Real Estate Inc. is a property management firm specializing in single and multifamily properties. We are seeking a Leasing Agent to manage daily rental operations.
Responsibilities :
- Create property advertisements, schedule and conduct viewings, and review applications.
- Develop leads through phone and social media inquiries within 24 hours, aiming to confirm a leasing tour.
- Follow up with all leads within 24 hours of last contact.
- Submit applications for approval and perform reference checks.
- Inform applicants about application status promptly.
- Assist in securing deposits and lease agreements within 48 hours of approval.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including move-ins, move-outs, and utility transitions.
- Keep rental advertisements up-to-date and appealing.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive rental pricing.
- Use Yardi software for record-keeping and transactions.
- Support other Leasing Agents and Property Managers as needed.
