Production Assembler

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical devices in a fast-paced production environment.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, crimpers, and tweezers.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Rotate through multiple assembly stations and learn new skills.
• Perform cleanroom tasks including labeling, packaging, and product handling.
• Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of production or assembly experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using hand tools and assembling small components.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good English communication and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Available to commit to a 12-month contract.

Nice to Have

• Soldering experience.
• PCB assembly experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
