Engage actively in pre-construction phases, providing valuable input on site logistics, workforce planning, and layout.

Monitor project schedules meticulously, identifying potential roadblocks early and spearheading effective solutions to keep milestones on track.

Equip field teams and trade partners with the necessary resources, plans, and specifications to execute work efficiently and up to building code standards.

Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, sub-trades, and suppliers.

Lead, mentor, and manage hourly site personnel, including carpenters, general laborers, and forepersons.

Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience working as a Superintendent on mid-to-large-scale construction sites.

Safety Expertise: Deep understanding of modern OH&S legislation, environmental standards, and site safety protocols.

Technical Proficiency: Exceptional ability to interpret construction drawings, schedules, contract documents, and modern building practices.
