Your new role

In this role, you will lead field staff on newmercial and multi-family developments (up to $1 million). Your responsibilities include directing on-site subcontractors and equipment, enforcingpany policies and safety standards, mentoring the crew, and collaborating with the in-office team to meet deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a candidate with a red seal certification and experience in mid-size ICI projects.fort working in a mid-sizepany is ideal. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience inmercial construction and a solid understanding of all construction trades and electrical techniques. You should excel in construction safety and productivity, and be knowledgeable about local, provincial, and federal workplacepliance regulations. The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications is essential.puter software knowledge and a First Aid Certificate are considered bonuses.
