AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Close Protection Agents to join our elite security team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing close protection services in a wide range of environments. This role requires extensive experience, high situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.
You will earn:
- $40 to $50.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
- Monitor and assess potential threats; adjust protocols as needed
- Create and maintain secure environments for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with drivers, logistics, and surveillance teams
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies
- Accurately document all incidents
To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in close protection
- Experience with high-profile or high-net-worth clients
- Preference given to former military and police personnel
- Possess a valid Security license in the province of Ontario
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and customer service orientation
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professionally groomed, punctual, and reliable
- Clean driving abstract
