Overview
The Consultant, Talent Management plays a critical role in designing and delivering enterprise-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational performance. This role focuses on performance management, leadership development for all employees, and high‑potential talent programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Performance Management
- Lead the execution of annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, including objective setting, calibration, and year‑end reviews.
- Partner with Digital HR, HRBPs and Compensation teams to align performance processes with AIP and salary review frameworks.
- Develop and deliver training and toolkits for leaders to enhance performance coaching and feedback culture.

Strategic Consulting & Continuous Improvement

Preferred Qualifications
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
