Project Management Director - Consulting

KeyResponsibilities

StrategicLeadership

• Developand implement project management strategies that align with thecompanys goals andobjectives.

• Collaboratewith senior leadership to define project priorities and resourceallocation.

ProjectManagement

• Overseethe planning execution and delivery of multiple SAP projectsensuring they are completed on time within scope and withinbudget.
• Establishand maintain project management standards methodologies and bestpractices.
• Monitorproject performance identify risks and implement mitigationstrategies.

ClientEngagement

• Actas the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring theirneeds and expectations aremet.
• Buildand maintain strong client relationships fostering trust andlongtermpartnerships.
• Conductregular project reviews with clients providing updates on progresschallenges andsuccesses.

TeamManagement

• Leada team of project managers ensuring they have the resources andsupport needed tosucceed.
• Conductperformance evaluations provide constructive feedback and developindividualized growthplans.
• Promotea collaborative and positive team environment encouraging opencommunication and knowledgesharing.

ContinuousImprovement

• Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement changes toenhance project delivery efficiency andeffectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Information Technology or arelated field. A Masters degree ispreferred.
• PMPPRINCE2 or equivalent project managementcertification.
• Minimumof 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5years in a leadership role within an SAP consultingenvironment.
• Proventrack record of successfully delivering complex SAPprojects.
• Strongunderstanding of SAP technologies andsolutions.
• Exceptionalleadership communication and interpersonalskills.
• Abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree ispreferred.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project managementcertification. Minimum of 10 years of experience in projectmanagement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within anSAP consulting environment.

Proven track record of successfullydelivering complex SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAPtechnologies and solutions.
