Our client provides specialized Managed IT Services exclusively for dental professionals. They are committed to delivering reliable technical support and tailored solutions, while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to join the help desk team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in providing remote IT support within dental environments.

Immediate Hire

Salary & Schedule:
– Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
– Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– Evening phone support (rotational): up to 8:00 PM, shared across the team
– Saturday on-call: once per month (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
– Provide remote help desk support to dental clinic clients
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and dental-specific systems
– Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions

Qualifications:
– Must have hands-on IT support experience for dental offices (required)
– Strong help desk and troubleshooting background
– Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise is an asset; training provided)
– Excellent communication and client-facing skills
