Our client, located in Edmonton, is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to be part of their dynamic team. Responsibilities :

Manage design efforts, ensuring adherence to project deadlines; being proactive to mitigate any project delays
Develop electrical drawings and make adjustments based from feedback from internal and external stakeholders
Work with manufacturing to implement design improvements
Collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure the final product meets client and vendor specifications
Work with Project Administrators to complete final documentation for manuals
Provide proposal and quotation support to the Sales Team
Adhere to ISO 9001 : 2000 requirements and continuously improve processes

Requirements :

5+ years electrical engineering experience; including using 3D design in AutoCAD

Electrical Engineer with P.Eng designation

Excellent communication skills

Must possess strong organizational, and analytical skills

Previous leadership experience

Knowledge of rotating equipment design would be well regarded
