We are hiring a full‑time Branch Manager at our Guelph, Ontario branch. The role involves developing new business, maintaining client relationships and empowering team members.
Responsibilities
Lead overall branch success by maintaining and optimizing profitability.
Grow the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels.
Create a best‑in‑class customer experience by creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring all their needs are met.
Implement people strategy that attracts, retains and develops talent.
Drive accountability and coach team members to achieve operational, developmental and customer‑experience expectations.
Lead any change initiative and ensure all relevant information is cascaded to teams.
Ensure high employee engagement and develop individual development plans.
Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality of client information and comply with policies on customer confidentiality.
Act as a Fairstone ambassador in local communities and project a positive company image.
Expected salary range is $65,970 – $79,164 per year.
Artificial intelligence may be used in parts of the recruitment process.
Qualifications
College diploma preferred (BS / BA with coursework in Business).
Three to five years of directly related work experience in finance industry sales (consumer finance industry preferred) or three to five years of previous management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer‑relationship building skills.
Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, managers and customers.
Demonstrated effective verbal, written and listening skills.
Self‑starter, proactive and display initiative.
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Full‑time, permanent.
