Now Hiring: Counterbalance Forklift Operators (Full-Time & Part-Time) Cambridge, ON

Looking to advance your career with an industry-leading team? A premier employer in Cambridge is expanding its warehouse operations and seeking two certified Counterbalance Forklift Operators for immediate placement.

We offer flexible scheduling, including full-time night shifts and consistent part-time hours, to fit your availability.

Advantages
Competitive Compensation: $21.00 / hour

Flexible Shift Options:

Full-Time (Night Shift): Monday – Thursday, 5:45 PM – 4:15 AM

Part-Time (Day Shift): Thursday & Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM

Prime Location: Centrally located in Cambridge—avoid the busy Hwy 401 commute!

Accessible Transport: Direct access to local transit routes, plus free on-site parking.

Responsibilities
Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift to transfer material throughout the facility.

Order Fulfillment & Inventory: Accurately pick orders and manage precise inventory movement.

Stock Accuracy: Perform routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Team Support: Assist with general warehouse operations and cross-functional duties as directed by leadership.

Qualifications
Forklift Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

Certification: Valid external forklift certification or verifiable in-house operator license.

Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (abstract may be requested).

Safety Gear: CSA-approved safety footwear required.
