This position is not just about business development; it's about deepening relationships with a vast, high-trust database of established contacts, including CEOs, high-net-worth entrepreneurs, and senior executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the executive search vertical, professionalizing and expanding this unique niche that aligns high-level professional competence with a commitment to Christian values.
