Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
Expérience avec les différents logiciels Cummins serait un atout
Des connaissances importantes et/ou approfondies acquises par une formation spécialisée sont requises.

A propos du poste :
Accueillir les clients et évaluer leurs besoins en entretien ou réparation.
Ouvrir les bons de travail et expliquer les interventions recommandées.
Planifier les horaires et coordonner les travaux avec les techniciens et le département des pièces.
Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients et assurer leur satisfaction.
Participer à latteinte des objectifs de performance du département.
Horaire de jour du lundi au vendredi
Capacité à sexprimer dans les deux langues officielles, oral et écrit sera considéré comme un atout majeur
