Relevant au responsable du fret, le coordonnateur junior à l’exportation sera chargé de répondre à tous les besoins des clients en matière de documentation d’exportation. Les tâches quotidiennes incluront des interactions avec les clients et les fournisseurs de services, ainsi que le traitement des expéditions maritimes à l’exportation de manière précise et dans les délais. Le candidat sélectionné sera également responsable du suivi et de la traçabilité des marchandises jusqu’à leur destination, du suivi des envois de courrier sortants, ainsi que de toute autre tâche qui lui sera confiée.

Description:
Reporting to the Freight Manager, the Junior Export Coordinator will be responsible for handling all customer needs regarding export documentation. The daily tasks will include interacting with customers, service providers, and processing ocean export shipments in an accurate and timely manner. The selected candidate will also be responsible for tracking and tracing cargo to its destination, tracking outgoing couriers and any other duties that are assigned.
