Your Role
- As a Data Engineer, you’ll design and maintain robust data systems that power decision-making across Alberta’s criminal justice and emergency services systems. From integrating diverse datasets to processing spatial and GIS data, your work will ensure data is accessible, reliable, and actionable.
- Collaborating with our Data Scientist and analysts, you will :
- Build and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to support advanced analytics.
- Enable data integration across structured, unstructured, and spatial datasets.
- Develop scalable solutions that support data visualization, dashboards, and interactive tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions that matter.
